Impression Frequency Not Working

  • I’ve installed the plugin and setup my takeover, which appears and looks great. The issue I’m having is that the impression frequency doesn’t seem to work on mobile devices. I set it to once every 7 days in the settings, but the takeover would appear every time a page was loaded on my Android phone using the Chrome browser and iPhone using Safari. On my desktop computer the frequency seemed to work as I only saw it once.

    impression frequency setting also doesn’t appear to work on Firefox on my Windows computer, and I’ve tested on multiple Android and iPhone devices as well.

    I tried updating the impression frequency to be 1 day instead of 7 and no change. Any ideas?
