    Based upon the information you shared, we suspect you might have an issue with the setup for Step 5. Setting up a website application. And Step 7. Connecting the website application to the BizPrint Cloud Print Service.

    Can you please review both Step 5 and Step 7 steps again, and verify the keys are setup correctly on the Print Manager plugin, Settings tab.

    After you perform this verification, if the issue continues, please send us screenshots:
    – Print Dashboard, Application setup for the website
    – Print Manager, Settings Tab

    Since both screenshots include privacy information, we’d recommend creating a support ticket at https://www.bizswoop.com/support/ and sending those screenshots to us to review further and provide more support.
