Yes the last plugin version and WP 4.2.2.
I’m already using Wordfence but I was looking for something able to check the DB too and it looks like your plugin should be able to do it.
But with default settings come out with over 200 results (just on one website). Each “eval” etc. is considering a way to infect the website so you have to check that code. Over 200 codes… That’s unuseful while Wordfence was able to clearly indicate infected files and even search outside the WP structure and folders.
I would try to play with the settings and see if there is a way to search just through MySQL.
