Impossible to Use Plugin

    Having read Denn1947’s thread yesterday which has been marked resolved, I decided to try updating to Exact Metrics once again, I’m also a Safari user. Contrary to finding the problem resolved first thing this morning, I found it has been made worse.
    Yesterday after updating, I was able to access the backend of my website but not set up Exact Metrics. Thankfully I made a back up before updating and was able to revert to the old version of the plugin and have an operable website.
    SO having seen that you claimed to have identified the problem with Safari and would have it resolved first thing this morning, I made a new backup and updated the plugin again. Now I can no longer access the backend of my website. The error message I get reads:
    “Too many redirects occurred trying to open https://www.stuartbrownprints.co.uk/WP-Admin/PHP?=ExactMetrics-getting-started. This might occur if you open a page which is then redirected to open the original page.”

    PS if I click on exact metrics, I get a never ending circle of dots just as Denn1947 described yesterday.

    Just to update this, the update for Safari users is out.
