Impossible to use a form in a sycronised pattern

Could you let us know more details so that we could be on the same page with your query:

• do you have those 2 forms on the same page or forms exist on separate pages?
• do you have both forms on the same page one form display correctly and the second one does not display at all.
• do you already use the pre-populate feature and data does not sync between forms?

sorry for the late answer.
in fact I have a form in pattern block synconized . And the form show ony in one of the place when i use in the multiple pages. The other instance are showing the shortcode.

That actually explains it. There is, I’m afraid, a bug on our end related to forms in reusable blocks/patterns. Forminator Team is already aware of it and looking for the fix but I don’t have ETA yet.

For now the form block or shortocode would need to be put directly to the post/page until this is fixed.
