    I had about .5 percent of my email list either unsubscribe or report us as spam and Mailpoet suspended service. This is a ridiculous statistic to block sending. Very frustrated after putting all the time into setting it up on my website.

    Sorry to hear you’re not having a good experience with our sending service.

    Please note that we have an Anti-Spam policy to protect our global deliverability and ensure we have a reliable service for all our users.

    For reference, a normal spam complaint rate is anything less than 0.1%. Anything above this level is considered high. This is the industry standard set by major inbox providers like Gmail.

    If for some reason the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for your account, we can investigate what happened and work together to have it restored.

    I did reach out to MailPoet and the representative’s response was a reiteration of what is already in your documentation. He suggested that I write (from a different mail service) to everyone on the entire list and ask each of them to resubscribe.

    He did, however, let me know that the spam rate was .125% rather than .5%.
