Impossible to split long posts with elementor

  • When using the classic “nextpage” balise on a post with elementor editor, it’s create the pages, but each of them display the whole post…

    When editing it with the classic editor, it works. But the post previously built with elementor is then no longer as it was built… No more columns, etc…

    And it seems that the “pagination plugin” in the pro version is used to navigate between previous and next posts, not to split a single post on different pages…

    This issue has already been marqued as “resolved” allmost one year ago, but as far as I understand, it’s not possible to split long posts when using elementor. Even with the pro version.

    Is there anyway to bypass this issue/limitation? Even by using another plugin compatible with elementor?
