impossible to save settings

    I’ve installed the plugin and when I change the settings and save them, they go back to the defaults settings.
    I can’t even disable the Cookie bar.
    Can you help me?

    I forgot to tell you which browser I am using: This happens both with Firefox and Safari
    and WordPress 4.8.2
