Impossible to restrict to group or users

    Hello

    I have issue with the restricted option, under the admin wordpress and in the front end. No choices possible when I type.

    I have disabled all plugins except BuddyDrive and BuddyPress but same issue.
    I have created a new directory, and a new group but not possible to find these too.

    Any solution ?

    Hello.
    We are aware of an issue involving the AJAX autocomplete of groups. Can you provide details on your server (Apache? NGINX? PHP version? mySQL version? etc) as well as try this in multiple browsers to see if it is limited to just one?

    I’m having the exact same issue. Restricting uploaded file to a specific group is the essential function for me.

    I think I found the solution:

    Have you tried the following?

    In WP backend go to ‘Groups’ and select the group in question. In the ‘Edit Group’ page in the bottom right corner there is a ‘files setting’ section. Make sure ‘Activate files’ is checked. It was unchecked in my case.

    I have try on my Mac with Opera and Safari, same results.

    My server :
    Linux
    Apache
    PHP Version 5.6.30
    MYSQL v.5.5

    Edit : activate BuddyDrive on the group config in WP solve the problem ! Thx !
