What problem specifically does Search Console say? I am able to access the AMP page without problem and it is valid: https://validator.amp.dev/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fthegroovecartel.com%2Fnews%2Fswedish-house-mafia-are-working-in-the-studio-with-mike-dean%2Famp%2F

It actually says Operation failed: Anomaly during scanning
As you can see from my screen on google search, the AMP version is not indexed. It’s a new problem as you can see an older article in AMP available as well. https://ibb.co/cxd7mVy

I do not know. For support with Google Search Console, I suggest https://support.google.com/webmasters/
