    Hi there,

    The link you shared requires one to log in so we’re unable to check whether there are errors on the single product setup page. Just to make sure – Do you see any JavaScript errors in the browser console when trying to upload an image?

    In the event that you’re unsure how to check those errors, the next best step is to see if the issue persists after doing a conflict test.

    Hi RK. Great suggestion. I’ve first changed theme but the problem still remain. Then I’ve disabled all the plugin and now it works. Now, one by one, I try to activate them so I find out which one gives problems. many thanks for your very great help.
