Impossible to override billing_address_1 label

Hi there,

we want to change the billing_address_1 label. According to your documentation we should use the filter ‘woocommerce_checkout_fields’. That’s is not working as expected. The label is changed on the initial page render and in source code but some javascript update changes the label again to the default label.

WooCommerce Version 4.8.0

I use the gettext filter at the moment which helps.
