Impossible to notify vendors

    I have been looking for information on how to notify sellers of a new order for 2 days. I’m using Dokan pro but they not response.
    By default, Dokan only informs through email, but it is not very effective, you have to be attentive to the mail and we do not want that. I’m looking for a tool that notifies by SMS, Whatsapp or Push and the ones I’ve tried like SMS Alert or Twilio don’t send the message to the seller even if you put the shortcode.

    It’s hopeless. Has anyone solved this problem?

    Try looking for this plugin “CBX Pushover Notification for Dokan“. It’s been removed from the www.remarpro.com plugins repository. This should help you get the job done.

    The only snag is that your vendors will need to have the Pushover mobile app installed in their smartphones and have to generate a user key on the Pushover portal (https://pushover.net/) to enable the app connect to your marketplace’s push notification channel.

    At the moment we have no officially recognized solution to send SMS notification to vendors for orders. You are open to use any third-party plugin as long as that does not break any functionality of Dokan.

    I was trying CBX PushOver but Pushover requires another pay to have the full app. Bad news for vendors.

    Finally we are using SMS Alert with some issues.

    Dokan needs some implementations like desktops push notifications for vendors or something more than email notifications.
