Impossible to manage social networks

  • Hello!
    I’m using Illdy theme. It is GREAT! Nevertheless I have one issue: I’ve just created a new page. Under the main title, one can find social networks icons. I guess this is for sharing.
    The thing is that I can’t find where to manage these icons : I would like to delete some and to update some others with the right URL.
    Can someone help me?
