    I work for a french digital agency and we have a pro account for years. We have the need to link several other websites to this PRO license, but we can’t login because we never receive the 6 digit code after a successfull login. (and no, no need to ask me to check my spam folder).

    And because we can’t login, we can’t have support and we can’t work.

    I have sent an email at [email protected], but I just get an auto-answer telling me “please contact us directly from within the Support Center.”, so I bet this email will never be read.

    We have been with you for years, and moreover we have renewed our license the last month. How the hell can we get support for a product we have paid if we can’t login ??? This is purely annoying, and moreover there are dozen of post like mine on the web without proper answer.
