Impossible to join the chat

    I have had a chat running for several years without problem. Yesterday I changed the validity time from 720 to 1440 minutes. After that it is impossible to reach the chat with a WP login that is superadmin. However it is still possible to reach the chat with a login to a member register.

    When I have logged in as a superadmin I get the message “You are not permitted to reach the chat”

    Before I did this prolongation of the validity time it was no problem to reach the chat when I logged in with my superadmin account.

    Hello @gunilla

    In general, the default setting should be just fine and there is no need to change it. I strongly discourage modifying this field. Are you still having issues with the chat?

    I changed to another account and then it was possible to join the chat. Some days after I tested my superadmin account again and it did work.
