Impossible to install – “The package could not be installed”

  • I’m trying to install MailPoet 3 but get the following error:

    An error occurred while installing MailPoet 3: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    Any ideas to help me solve this problem and what can I do?

    Update:

    Now it’s showing the following error when I try to install:

    An error occurred while installing MailPoet 3: Could not copy file. mailpoet/assets/js/lib/tinymce/tinymce.js.
