Impossible to install disqus (v=3.0.22) on my site

    Hello, I would like to install disqus on my wordpress site but I get this error message every time! when I have to click on “install xxxx on your site”.
    An error occurred while configuring your site. Make sure the Disqus plugin is installed and activated, and that your site is accessible to the public.
    How do I fix it?
