impossible to import address in mailpoet

    hello, I enjoy using mailpoet in some websites I made with wordpress… And I noticed that for one of my sites, the fonction “import” doesn’t work whereas it works for exactly the same file in the other one… The page keep blank and nothing more… even if I import only just one adress mail… I already disabled the others plugins and it’s the same… I also reimported mailpoet… I use the theme nirvana… Thanks for your help (and sorry for my probably bad english !), have a good day ! rachel

  • I have the same problem. On one domain is working OK on two others no way to import. Only blank screen after I press Next button. I try with default theme, fresh installation nothing… Really strange because server is the same, importing data are the same… It looks like if you have lucky it will work.

    I both cases where I have problems folder /wp-content/uploads/wysija/import was not created. I need to do it manually. I check permissions and are completely the same like on “testing” page where I don’t have any problems.

    I compare setting with “testing” version and “problematic” version and all settings are the same too. Im importing the same file.

    I reinstall plug-in but no success.

    Do you have any information what could cause this error and why blank screen is shown on page …. /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wysija_subscribers&action=lists)

    Happy to see I’m not alone with that problem, for me it’s exactly as you describe it… Hope someone has the solution ? Thank you !

    The import function is not working on websites were the installed PHP version is previous than version 5.3, please check on your cPanel.

    Hi, I have the same problem. I get a 404 error page.
    The version of php of my server is 5.3.10.

    Now I’m with “php 5.4 en CGI” on my server and everything is ok… I noticed that with that version a new folder “import” is created in : uploads > wysija… perhaps you can verify if that folder “import” is created, and if it exists, it can be another problem ?
