impossible to get mails sent by cf7 forms

Hello,
For my two websites wp 503 and new version of cf7, the forms don not work anymore and do not send mail nor to the recipient nor to the sender who tivk the field, I want to receive a copy! Though the green border message said the message was sent

I saw in the forum, i should have signed with recaptcha v3 so did I and introduced the key then an orange message said I must wait to send the message

Flamingo registered all the forms sending (without r with recaptcha keys but no email was received by anybody

Please help to have the forms work again !
