    Hi there, since yesterday evening I have a problem, that customer’s order don’t go through. The order stay stuck at the checkout page. Later I see the order in the woocommerce, but with the default woocommerce number and also no e-mail is send to us, either the customer. … I was investigating the conflict with plugins and found out , that there is no conflict with other existing plugins. The error occurs if this plugin is activated by itself. Please help asap

    Hi there, thank you, I sent you the system status report via the link, but I cannot find the fatal error log… what is weird I guess

    the plugin even slowing down all processes … wanted to cancel one test order from system while the plugin was active and it freezed entirely.. when the plugin is deactivated, everything works good except I lost order numbers…
