Impossible to edit the tabs in the product pages

Good morning,
I have a problem editing tabs:- when I import a pre-saved tab without making any content changes there, when I publish my product, some tabs are grayed out (not all the same, for no reason), and I can’t modify anything.

- when I import a pre-recorded tab and want to modify it (add media for example) before publishing my product, some areas or buttons are grayed out and I cannot modify anything.
