    That sounds like your webhost/server caching being stubborn (I deactivate and reactivate the plugins constantly on my dev site while testing/developing). But you can always just go in via FTP or file manager and delete it…
    Ask your webhost if you get stuck and they can definitely help you out with that.

    yes maybe is the cache of the server… I deleted via FTP, thanks!

    It would be nice to change the review to something higher if it is not related to the plugin.
