I followed all the steps in their guide on how to connect, the woocommerce plugin to the printuful account. At the end when I click on the “approve” button I get redirected to the printufl website that says:

“Failed! The request has been redirected. Please verify that you have entered the correct store URL in your Printful settings.”

I’m using cloudflare and I can’t disable it for security reasons, and I think that might be the issue here, but I can’t find any guide on how to configure cloudflare and printful to work together, and also it’s been impossile until now to get in touch with printful’s support. Any help would be appreciated.

    Nobody?

Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this error:

    1) Make sure that site URL in WordPress Admin > General settings matches the actual website URL. If the website is HTTPS, it should be HTTPS there as well.

    2) Check if permalinks are enabled. This is the step 3 in integration instructions for Existing stores here – https://www.printful.com/dashboard/woocommerce/register
    1. Open “”Settings → Permalinks””
    2. Under “”Common Settings”” choose any other link structure other than “”Plain”” in order for the WooCommerce API to work.
    3. Click “”Save Changes””
If it seems to be set up, please try just saving changes. Sometimes even if only saving the changes, it could work.

    3) URLs can be blocked by some security plugins or web host’s security settings causing the redirect error. Please disable plugins that might be conflicting and reach out to your web host to disable this safety feature.

Cloudfare plugin could also be blocking our push. You should either disable it or configure it to let us use the API.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or the app is not working at [email protected] While we are working on resuming 24/7 support, currently our customer support response time is about a day and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

So basically I should compromise my website’s security in order to make the plugin work, it would be nice if the plugin could be updated to be compatible with nowadays security standards.
Also as I already said disabling Cloudflare is not an option, and I can’t seem to find a guide anywhere on how to configure it to work with your plugin.

    Hey @auu99,

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention and for providing us with your feedback.
Unfortunately we don’t guarantee compatibility with other third party plugins apart from WooCommerce, since each plugin is created by a different developer team.

We will certainly take this as a suggestion moving forward, however there is not an ETA we can share with you for guaranteed compatibility with Cloudflare.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, you can reach out to us at [email protected]!
