Impossible to connect with my Twitter Account

    Hi there,
    I don’t know if I am making a mistake on configuring the plugin.
    “Sign into your twitter account. If button says “Sign In” then your account is not yet registered with WPsite Content Resharer.” ??? Where I should register??
    I’m trying the free version of the plugin
    Account ID is not editable…I do not know how to go on…
    I’m waiting your reply before mark the plugin as broken.

    Hello Marisa,

    We are here to help you you through this issue so no need to worry ??

    The free version only allows for one Twitter account, which is why you are unable to to change the account ID. Also, the “Sign In” button is there to connect your Twitter account with Content Resharer. Please click this button and approve Content Resharer to post on your behalf. Once connected you can hit resharer now to see if everything is setup properly.

    Hi kjbenk, thanks for your reply!
    I clicked the “Sign in” button, and I have approved Content Resharer to post on my account (the only account I have).
    The plugin says it is “active” but nothing happens when I click on “Reshare now” nor in automatic mode.
    Please take a look to my account @marisams There is no tweets since march 13rd when I deactivated another plugin in another website which was using my account. You will see on the top only one post which I shared manually.
    Perhaps I’m doing something wrong…

    Its good to hear that you were able to figure out how to connect the account. Now all you have to do is properly configure your Filter settings. Make sure that all your Post Filter settings under the Filter tab are valid. For example, make sure your maximum and minimum post age values are valid for your posts. So if you have your minimum post age value as 1 and maximum as 30 that means only posts published between yesterday and 30 days ago can be shared.

    Hello again, sorry for the long wait we have just been really busy ??

    Please follow these directions.

    1. Click the blue twitter link
    2. At the top you will see four tabs: Account, General, Content, Filters
    3. Select the Filters tab
    4. Set up your filters properly.
