• Hi, it has been a while since I noticed that only logged in users can use all the functionalities of the plugin. If you are not logged in, you can add products and compare them just the same day we cleared the cache. Otherwise, you can add products but when you click the compare button it just shoes an empty page. I tried with WPRocket and Flyingpress, and it happens with both plugins. I don’t see any option in the plugin for enabling Ajax or avoid cache. I would like to know if there is any code that can help me with this matter

    Hi @4nomadsperu ,

    Please go to WPClever >> Smart Compare and choose No for the option “Disable for unauthenticated users” and Save changes.

    Please also check the caching plugin setting to exclude our plugin from cach saving.

    Please check this in an Incognito or Private tab to be sure.

    If possible, please provide us with your public site link so that we can inspect from our end.

    Thanks for the reply.

    The “Disable for unauthenticated users” option was already set as “No”. I’m sure that is has something to do with the cache, because the problem is solved once the cache is purged, but only for 24 hours.

    Maybe it could be solved if I exclude the plugin from cache, but I really would appreciate it if you could confirm me which would be the piece of code to add on the exclusions.

    When I checked your link in an Incognito tab, when pressing on the Compare button, the item was added but not vibisle to me in the comparison table. It showed this error when trying to add more item: https://prnt.sc/1YMta6NsfNyn.

    It seems that there is also an issue with the role-based permissions on your site. The product is not visible to visitors like me. If you are using any membership plugin or using rules to restrictions the access for certain roles, please check the settings again.

    By the way, I found out that you were using the Premium version of this plugin, kindly contact our developers directly at https://wpc.ticksy.com/ by submitting a Private ticket. Our developers will guide you further and fix this directly. This might be triggered by an external conflict.

    Hello,

    I’m not sure, but the first error you shared could be cause by this piece of PHP code I added, since I saw it on other support ticket for your plugin: “add_filter( ‘woosc_verify_nonce’, ‘__return_false’ );”. I thought it could solve the problem, but it didn’t. I forgot that I left it there.

    I’m not using any membership plugin currently and I saw other cases of people with the same problem with cache plugins and WPC Smart Compare. For example, this case in Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Wordpress/comments/1i0as9i/plugin_only_works_for_me_when_logged_in_wpc_smart/

    I also checked again the cache plugin settings and I have most of the functions desactivated, including the ones for javascript. The only settings that could be causing the problem could be “Disable XML-RPC” and “Minify CSS”, but it doesn’t make much sense.

    I really would like to contact you on your Premium Support page and that was my first option, but when I did they were not willing to help since my suscription has expire the support time. I really would appreciate it if you can provide me the query parameters of the plugin that are involved in the comparison table that should be ignored while generating cache, please.
