Impossible to close the comparison table from mobile device

  • Hi Dear,

    1) In the responsive mode (so by mobile phones) it is not possible to close the comparison table. Even if the “X” appears on the top right of the table it doesn’t work and is not possible for the User to close the table from that pop-up.
    Do you have solution for that?

    2) Another topic is about the title of each product in the table: I would not have them as clickable, but just normal title, without any link behind them.

    3) Is there the possibility to see the table from device with lower zoom? Since for now the User need to scroll right or down to see the full table, this is due to really high zoom by default.

    Hello,

    1) We will add some style to display “X” always on mobile.

    2) Plugin do not have option to change it. You can only override compare template in your child theme and change it as you need.

    3) Table do not use any zoom. It is styled to use limited width per column. If device has small width, then less columns can be displayed at a same time. There is no way to change it. Or you can builder your own table or change all CSS styles in plugin to change how it looks.

    I really apprecciate your prompt answer ??

    1) Here the issue is that the “X” is displayed on mobile, but if clicked it is not working. I don’t know if this is a problem only for me or not, you could also test it here (https://www.worldtech360.it/comparatore/) by opening it from mobile. Once the table is opened, then is not possible to be closed from mobile since the displayed “X” is not working. Could it also be a problem related to cache data?

    3) Do you have some CSS code to propose us in order to reduce the overall dimensions of the table of 10/20% for example? I know that there are lot of people in this forum interested in this topic.

    1) checked it on your site and “X” button work correct for mobile devices and remove products from compare list.

    3) Sorry, but we do not have any CSS code for it.

    Hi @razyrx,

    about the first point probably I explained it wrongly. The issue is on the “X” that closes the comparison table pop-up. So, from mobile devices it is not possible to close the pop-up table from the screen. The “X” if clicked nothing happens. I tried from lot of devices and I always get the same error.

    Could you please try again to test it? Should this issue generated by conflict with other plugins for cache management?

    Checked on two mobile devices and all works correct on both of it.
    Work those “X” buttons:
    1) Close compare popup
    2) Remove product from popup
    3) Remove product from toolbar
    4) Remove product from widget
