impossible to add pdf

No you can do that with the free version, why can’t you add it? do you get an error message or something?

I am having the same problem. I choose the WPForm Template then the pdf file to upload then click done and it says “PDF File Mandatory”…

Perhaps your pdf is big and your server is blocking its upload? (because it is greater than your configured maximum upload size). Could you try to use a very small pdf just to see if that one works fine?

my pdf weighs 60ko, I just made the update 1.3.3, I always have the message (pdf file mandatory)

I tested with another pdf, it works, so, in conclusion it works with some pdf and no other, it’s not a matter of weight

other way, when I succeed to add a pdf, impossible to add a field (all asks me the full version) and also impossible to save (pdf mandatory file)

I have an explanation about the problem of pdf upload, my pdf was locked, first it must be unlocked

Oh i see, so were you able to import it once you unlocked it?

Also when you said ‘it was locked’ do you mean it was password protected? Asking because if that was the problem i would like to include a notification or something so it is more clear why the upload didn’t worked.

not necessarily locked by password, sometimes you have pdfs that are locked by security, just go to an online site to unlock it for free

is it possible to add field and save the work in the free version?
