Impossible to add new post

Hi,

my website WP version is not updated and I tried to update it. The updating process didn’t succeed and, after this trying, I am now not even able to add a new post. Indeed in the wp-admin/post-new.php there are now two blanks: “Widget Title” and “Page to feature”. Nothing else. Could you please help me over this? Thank you so much in advance.
