Impossible to add link to header phone and email

Hi
I’m trying to add a link on phone and email and it’s not working, even with adding some html code like a href tel: and mailto: it’s not working the website change the code i add and we’ve got a code like that :
<a href=\"tel:0000000000\">0000000000</a>Im talking about the option inside the Customizer > Header > Above Header
The theme erase and add \ i don’t understand why.
Have you got any idea ?
