impossible to add/change image

  • hello ,
    i have start to configure my WP site with shop isle free theme, few days ago i could add new image or change it ( in banner and slider section) now i can’t.
    i have check the documentation , i’ve seen that some other users of shopisle free have same problem , but i’ve don’t found solution
    i precise that i don’t have add new plugin the last few days
    it’s because free version? wordpress 4.9.1?

  • Yes I think there is a bug in the latest updates, I also try to add new images in the header and when I take it and the sample it despixela and shows it ugly. I do not understand what is happening.

    There is no issue in the latest version of the theme. @cedrip your website is not live so I am not able to debug the issue.

    Please make it live and let me know.

    I have the same Problem!
    I wanted to change the picture in the main title area.
    Now no picture is displayed…

    I can′t Show you it – because of the mistake I had to change the start pages (a compromise solution )
    But I would like to have my homepage settings again (But I would like to have my homepage settings again)
    because several people have this problem,I think that this is a mistake anyway

    I made a mistake myself my problem is solved.
