impossible receiving e-mail by contact-form

    Hi, my problem is this:
    I installed last wordpress version and a theme on my Aruba hosting linux.
    I created the contact page on my website and added the contact form by theme option, but also if the message says: your message was been sent successfully, I can’t receive any e-mail. I tried with different recipient addresses but nothing change.
    The theme support says this is not a theme issue and depends on my server settings.
    Server support is slow to respond….
    I wonder if this could be due to some settings wordpress.

    No, there isn’t a setting in WordPress itself that controls that.

    It sounds like your server is missing a critical component to send emails via PHP (it depends on specifically what the form is using).

    I recommend waiting for your hosting provider’s support to respond.
