imposible to work with percent charts

    In line chart you get one line with % values on a tooltip, the second line show 0.xx values without % instead. The Vertical axis grid show 0 0 1 1 values instead of percent grid.
    In column chart you get some how both data series with % values, but the Vertical axis grid show 0 0 1 1 values same as in line mode.
