Imposible to translate plugin

  • Hello, I would like to use the plugin WP Awesome Support, but it is impossible to prepare a translation. I tried .poedit a CodeStyling Localization plugin. I also read the instructions on your site because of the location of .po and .mo files, but unfortunately still does not translate. Could you please advise me?
