    Good evening,

    first of all I want to thanks you with your plugging, more than 2 years I have used it.
    Around 2 months ago I checked that the mails from my web no arrived to me, the error its “There was an error trying to send your message.Please try again later.”
    I have disabled google captcha, uninstalled and instal the contact form, but still no work.
    Can you help mi with this

    Is the warning message bordered in orange or red?

    If it’s orange, then it’s a SPAM issue. Please read Why do I get an error message with an orange border? to learn more about this issue.

    If it’s red, then it’s a mail issue. Please read I get an error message with a red border. So, how can I solve this? to learn more about this issue.

    Dear Yordan,
    I try to find out but its impossible. Please can you help me handle with this. The color of issue its red, so I try everything what I can imagine with mail, but still having the same problem.

    Hi there i have the same Problem with the “Spam” detection, and i def. use my own emails… I don’t use Flamingo, so how can i check the SPAM making? As mentioned on your Website with the “spam logging feature”??

    I found out that i need to allow ALL cookies and i don’t can use an ADBLOCKER. As soon i accept ALL Cookies and disable my Adblocker, then the Contact Form is working even with captcha… Thats bad…

    hello,
    in my case I think its deterrent because the color its red and its mean the problem comes from email.
    I have tried all what its possible in my hands but still no work. I hope there are easy way to solve it.

    Can you please try to set up SMTP? It’s quite possible that your hosting provider no longer allows the sending of emails without authentication. With SMTP you can be more confident that your emails are being sent and also decrease the chances of them going to SPAM folder.

    And @yordansoares any ideas with my problem? How can an adblocker block the Spam Protection, so that this form is not able to send the emails?
