    Hello!

    Suddenly, all my posts are showing author and date. I tried to hide them in the site configurations (astra) and in elementor configurations without success: both show metadata as hidden, but it is appearing nonetheless.

    My site publishes articles from many collaborators, and the only thing I do is post them. But the articles show my name as the author and the post time as date. This will not do.

    Can you disable all your experiments, please?

    except for the Flex Box experiment (If you have it on your site)

    If it solves the issue, reactivate the ones you use.

    • Please make sure that all of your Plug-ins and Theme are updated.
    • Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
    • Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard,
    • then make sure that you are clear:
    • your WordPress cache (your WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (if
    • you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider).
    • ?Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

    Hi!

    Deactivated all experiments, disabled cache, cleaned everything, regenerated the CSS. Then spent almost three hours recovering disappearing images and titles and background images. But the meta didn’t budge an inch, it is still there.

    I feel there is something seriously wrong with this site. I manage three more sites and this is the only one where things won’t stay put and get changing configurations all by itself. And I run diagnostics and it says that everything is ok…
