  • You can list, edit, and add new locations on the “Edit Locations” page. Go to the Pages tab of Events Manager Settings then click on Other Pages then under Front-end management pages you will see the “Edit Locations” page. On my site this is the page called Add/Edit Locations.

YES I understood how to display the list of events and the list of locations but when I display the list of locations (“emplacements”) on a page the “add” button is not displayed (see the screen print)

That’s because you’re looking at the Location page instead of the Add/Edit Location page.

strange ! because I only have only one “location” page,

should I use a placeholder again?

There are two pages one is called Locations and the other is called Edit Locations. Go to the “Pages” tab in Events Manager Settings then click on Other Pages then under Front-end management pages you will see the “Edit Locations” page. Then search for the page of this name in your list of WordPress pages in the backend.

Thank you very much for your precious help

I have the “Rental” page but I don’t see the “Edit Rentals” page? I’ll send you the link to my test site

Create a new page on your test site for the add/edit locations. Then go to the Pages tab of Events Manager Settings then click on Other Pages then under Front-end management pages you will see the “Edit Locations” page. Set the new page as the Edit locations page using the pulldown and then click on the Save button. You will now have an Add/Edit locations page on the frontend.

It’s working! you’re much more efficient than EM PRO’s support!

I contacted them several times but no response from them

I’m going to go over it again and ask you another question that’s already been written about www.remarpro.com

administrator ou editor profile cannot see events and locations created by other | www.remarpro.com

In fact, to express myself a little better, I would like all “adminstrator” and “editor” profiles to be able to create events and locations, but also to be able to see events and rentals created by other profiles, is that possible?

    Thank you again

Do you mean in the backend of the site you want other roles to be able to create and edit events and locations? If so, make sure those roles have the capability to edit_other_events and edit_other_locations. You can set up the capabilities in Events Manager settings in the General tab in the User Capabilities section.

That’s exactly it, I want to be able to allow admin and editor profiles to be able to access all events and bookings and rentals

I checked that these authorizations were checked but apparently it doesn’t work, have you tested it personally?

I logged in as a different administrator and went to the backend (https://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event) and I saw all of the events.
