IMPROVEMENT: resend email to customer to modify review

    Hello i counsil you an improvement:
    It has happened to me that some customers leaved a bad review because not understand a product and before ocntact me to solve they write a BAD review…
    I recontact them and finally go to solution with HAPPY ENDING for them
    so i ask them if can change the bad review
    but they had already cancelled the email and not find it anymore
    so IMPOSSIBLE to chenge the review
    SO I ASK YOU: is it possible to resend the email so they can chenge their review???
