importong WP users (who registered on my website) into Jatpack crm

    Hi,

    At that moment i have 400 registrations on my website, and maybe 12 purchases. (just started few weeks ago) Obviously all registrations are leads that i wish to use. My problem is that i cannot get them from WP into the crm.

    Hi there, @xbence!

    I suspect you have already emailed us as you purchased the WP Utilities extension to solve this problem. If that’s you, then you should be all set once you read through the email I sent you, as far as the extension is concerned. If the problem you want to solve is this one, however, you may also want to read below ??

    Since your site has a Woo store, the 12 purchases should already be synced via the WooSync feature (if you haven’t activated it yet, you can start from here).

    A good option for leads with no purchases is to export them into a CSV file and then import them using the CSV importer feature in Jetpack CRM.

    Remember to perform backups before making significant changes or imports, to ensure that you have a recovery point in case anything goes wrong ??
