Importing XML file returned error now website is not showing correctly

Importing an XML file into my WP website returned an error, now the website is only displaying the original blank theme as if no changes had ever been made to the website, but this website was nearly complete. I can see the files and images in the CPanel however so I know it’s there I just do not understand what happened. I did get the following error message:

Could someone please help me make sense of the error above? I’m thinking that’s probably the issue. But would fixing it restore my site to how it was before importing XML file?
