Importing users with multiple roles?

Hi all – We are migrating our site and need to import our user data with multiple roles created in User Role Editor. All of the import plugins I have tried seem to be unable to support importing users with more than one role.

Can anyone please suggest an import plugin that is compatible with User Role Editor?
