importing the member but not including all the data

Which version of it are you using?

Can you share an example of a row you’re trying to import (along with the header row used)?

the version I am using is Version .3.3 and we are trying to import this file https://www.filedropper.com/report-allmembersreport18-02-28

First of all, I don’t think you’re using this plugin (the Paid Memberships Pro Import Members from CSV plugin) since this plugin is currently at version 2.16.

This specific plugin (where you’ve reported this problem) is installed from the www.remarpro.com repository and not from the Paid Memberships Pro add-on page.

Regardless, your import file contains at last 2 different of errors that would prevent it from importing with either of the tools available for PMPro.

1) You cannot use the Membership Level label in the membership_id column
2) The membership_startdate values are using an invalid date/time format (it has to be a date using the full MySQL DateTime format).

A: We are currently using this date format (YYYY-MM-DD) in importing the membership_startdate. Can you give us a sample on how we can import this field effectively?

That’s the only thing you _can_ use (it’s why the name of the column is membership_id).

The MySQL database site has great documentation describing what the allowed MySQL DateTime format is.

We are able to import the user data but it does not include he order details. Are there any possibilities that we able to include this information?

It seems like you’re somewhat uncomfortable with the process and with researching the examples that exist for the import file, plus the documentation that is available both on this page and for the underlying technologies used by your website.

It may be worth your time/money to hire somebody/a developer to help you with the import.
