Importing Tables

    After finishing my search I am now posting this topic.

    I am trying to import a table from cricbuzz. The page contains two tables 1, Batting Career and 2, Bowling Career. the problem i am facing is that the tablepress is only importing the first table and ignoring the second table. how i can import the second table of the page?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    You are right, when importing HTML tables, TablePress can only recognize the first table on a page.

    Your best chance should therefore be to try and copy that second table e.g. into Excel and then export it as a CSV file.
    Alternatively, you could download the plain HTML file of the page with the table and remove the first table’s HTML code. Then, when trying again with that file, the second table will be recognized (as it will be the only one in that page then).

    that’s cool but the auto-update for that table won’t work i guess
