Importing, Syncing Review

    Hi, I need some help with importing.

    I have 180+ reviews on google, but only 86 on the plugin. I guess they do not sync automatically? Only the count and overall rating does if I understand correctly.

    Trying to import via the advanced tab and copying html does only import three reviews, not the ~100 that are new.

    What’s the best way to go about this?

    @phil0 When performing the HTML Import, have you expanded the reviews so that you can see the remaining 100?

    If there’s an issue with the import process itself, perhaps the import list doesn’t reflect the expected reviews, please get in touch through the direct support link.

    @phil0 Have you had another go with this?

    The new version has an improved HTML import process, but it will not be able to handle incomplete HTML – so please ensure all the HTML is copied into the import box.

    If you have a sample, please save it as a text file and get in touch through the direct support link.
