Importing showing from last 12 hours but nothing happening ??

Please let me know how much time its take there is around 2000 customers and 14000 orders. i am importing these 2 things but its taking lots of time around 12 hours and i am waiting its just showing importing…

same issue been waiting for 6 hours to migrate 2500 products and 172 categories

MAX TIMEOUT set to 18000
Memory Limit set to 4G
copy of the original database ( no processes connected to it)
all plugins are disabled except for migration plugin.

still the same issue been waiting for 6 hours

@itcon: Importing the products can be long depending on the number and weight of the images, and on the number of variations for each product.

Any fix for this? having the same issue.

Edit: ive noticed there is an error in the console after like 5 min of the import: error 500 /admin/admin-ajax.php

May be a timeout on your server. You should check it with your host.
In any case, if you click again on the import button, it will resume the import where it left off.
