Importing Sales Tax

    Hi,

    I’ve not had any luck getting sales tax to import on orders.
    I’ve tried mapping column K of the CSV file linked below to both the “Total tax fee” and “Total tax” fields, as well as adding it to the end of “line_item_1” field as, for example, “|tax:10.21”.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @mcmwebsol,

    Can you please check if tax is already configured on your site? If it’s already configured then please export a sample order using the plugin and the tax data will be exported to the CSV. Later on, you can use this exported CSV as a template to import other orders.
