Importing Reviews from Survey Monkey or other Database

Is there a way to import reviews from Survey Monkey or other Database / Spreadsheet format into WP Reviews ?

1) We have 3000+ product reviews for 10 products already that we would like to import. They can be formated into spreadsheet or other database. What works ?
2) We currently use Survey Monkey and Zapier to capture ongoing reviews – Any way to import reviews from Survey Monkey in real time ? We had used a cron job setup at one time to handle review imports into an older Drupl and a Wordpres website. Using a Zap to tie Survey Monkey results to WordPress / your Pluging data may replace the need for a cron.
