Importing products problem

    Hello,

    I want to import a xlsx sheet. The sheet contains 577 products. Only 378 products are imported.
    I checked several of the not imported products. There is no problem with any of the fields of the not imported products. Do you have any suggestions what I can check.

    Hello,

    I find the problem. The description field contains errors.

    But there is another problem with the prices.

    For example 9,95 is shown as 9,949999999999
    What can I do about that?

    Hi abc,

    Can you check the format of the cells in your spreadsheet? If you set them to “text” or “number” with 2 decimals explicitly, does the problem still occur?

    I already changed it to number with 2 decimals, but still there are some prices with 9,949999999

    Wat can I do tot change this??

    Hi abc,

    If you send us an email at [email protected], we can take a look, or perhaps try changing the value to currency or text for the price field, and see if that eliminates the rounding problem.
