Import only Variations not Attribute name

I have square set up with a product that has an option called “Size”, which then creates the variations. I’ve imported this product into woocommerce via Settings > Square > “Import all products from square” and it does import the product, along with it’s variations, but it doesn’t import the option name. So instead of the variations being under an attribute called “Size”, it’s simply called “Attribute”. How do I fix this so that the option name is imported as the attribute name in woocommerce?

    Thanks!

    2nd Query
Do you import/sync Variation images too?

    Hi there,

I understand when you import a variable product from Square you see that the attribute name is shown as Attribute instead of Size.

The logic behind calling it?Attribute?is that there is no place to actually name an attribute?Color?or?Size?in Square?as you can see on my screenshot here:

You can name a variation, but you cannot name an attribute that defines it. This is why we have to name it during product creation on WooCommerce side, and by default, it’s?Attribute.

You need to rename the Attribute in WooCommerce manually. This is not an issue or bug.
