Importing online store to new site with existing customers

    I have had multiple websites–one of them a store and another a forum and a few blogs. I am now pulling them all together into a single site. The forum users have already been pulled into my new site. Now I need to pull in my Woocommerce data, with customers and their orders. Does this plugin keep them matched up, if the customers are given a new ID upon import? My customers have unlimited access to downloads they purchased, so they need to be able to get back to their orders.

    Hi @dcbongeg,

    The order and user are linked using the user email address and not the user ID so there will be no issues with accessing the orders even if the users are imported with a new ID. Just make sure that you import the users and products first before importing the orders.
